ADR-Flow

ADR-Flow is an advanced automatic defect recognition system for production lines. Designed to revolutionize and simplify corporate quality control, this software leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and Neural Networks) to monitor production output in a fully automated manner, reducing costs and human error.

The core of the system is its ability to perform real-time analysis of the flow of images coming from the line, instantly flagging products that do not meet quality standards with no latency. ADR-Flow can identify any visible defect via photos or videos, verifying with extreme precision details such as assembly accuracy, weld tightness, surface roughness, or wiring integrity. Furthermore, the algorithm is equipped with continuous learning: as it processes new images, the neural network evolves, constantly refining its sensitivity and accuracy in detecting anomalies.

This technology is adopted through a customized, space-saving integration, seamlessly adaptable to even the oldest production lines through the installation of strategic cameras. All data collected during inspections is sent to a centralized dashboard, allowing managers to view production progress and generate customized statistics. Thanks to this data-driven approach, companies achieve complete standardization of quality control, eliminating variability related to subjective operator interpretation and significantly improving the final product quality.

Our projects

Fish species recognition

ADR-Flow automates the identification and sorting of catches. Artificial Intelligence analyzes images in real time to classify different fish species based on shape and color, ensuring precise traceability and accelerating the entire logistics chain.

Wiring defect recognition

On production lines, the system constantly scans the vehicle assembly and, by comparing the images with the ideal model, identifies any assembly errors, reducing rework and increasing product safety.

Quality in packaging

Automated, high-speed screening for your packaging materials. Neural networks detect imperfections, tears, or structural defects on the conveyor roller, ensuring higher packaging quality and optimizing the entire production flow.
