Acli Service Pisa

ACLI Service Pisa

Acli Service Pisa is a complex organization, spread across multiple provincial offices, that manages tax, administrative, and planning services. The organization operates with a high volume of daily activities, a network of workers and partners, and a strong reliance on complex administrative processes.

The challenge to be faced

The primary requirement was to improve the management of information flows and financial and administrative processes. The initial process analysis highlighted significant critical issues, particularly in the reporting of funded projects and the management of payments and liquidity. Acli Service Pisa therefore needed:

A unified platform for ordering and traceability

The project developed by eLabor involved the creation of a unified web platform, designed to simultaneously address several critical areas of the organization: reporting on funded projects and managing financial flows. The goal was not simply to digitize existing processes, but to build a system capable of bringing order, consistency, and traceability to activities involving multiple locations, multiple partners, and a large amount of heterogeneous data.

Project reporting

The first phase of the project developed by eLabor involved defining a data model capable of structuredly representing the complexity of projects: departments, partners, budgets, accountable costs, personnel involved, and their hours. The platform allows this information to be managed consistently, ensuring that each level (worker, partner, department, project) is aligned and verifiable. Report generation, both overall and detailed, is designed to be immediate, exportable, and always consistent with the data entered.
The platform also includes a set of master data management systems that form the information base for the entire system: partners, workers, bank accounts, and suppliers. Each entity is described using essential data, organized to support both reporting and financial management. This modular approach allows for the maintenance of a single archive, avoiding duplication and ensuring data consistency over time.

Payments and liquidity dashboard

At the same time, a dedicated payment and liquidity management module was developed. This component allows real-time monitoring of current account status, viewing balances, current availability, collection and payment forecasts, and identifying the most suitable account to use for each transaction. The system integrates filtering, editing, and recording functions, providing an up-to-date and reliable overview of the financial situation.

Contracts dashboard

This section allows for comprehensive and automated management of rental agreements. Based on the expiration date set by the operator, the system automatically sends email notifications, making it easy to monitor expiration dates. You can update contract information, manage any extensions or terminations, and keep administrative data consistently up-to-date. Integrated master data allows you to quickly retrieve the details of registered owners, avoiding duplication and speeding up information entry. The dashboard also allows you to monitor multiple agreements associated with the same entity. All information is centralized and accessible from a single interface, designed to simplify management and reduce the risk of errors.
